We want you to experience the recovery benefits of OOFOS risk-free, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all footwear purchased on our site. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date, even if they have been worn outside.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided, then securely package your OOFOS in their original box or a similar shipping container.

• 4.
  Ship and Recover

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
